Memorial Day Weekend Wine Tasting Events

2021 Hours TBD.

Memorial Day always falls on the last Monday in May, a time many companies commemorate by offering employees a vacation day. This makes for a long weekend to connect with family and friends, and Mt. Hood Territory’s wineries have made a tradition of offering extended hours, discounts and special events on this significant weekend.

1. Alexeli Vineyard + Winery

Open Memorial Day Weekend:

This family run vineyard in Molalla is right next to Alpacas at Marquam Hill Ranch so you can wave at the friendly alpacas before heading to the tasting patio to be the first to try Alexeli's release of their 2018 rose'!

2. Beckham Estate Vineyard:

Open Memorial Day Weekend:

This vineyard is known for their amphora wines. Winemaker Andrew Beckham, an educated ceramicist, makes both the amphora wines and the nearly 1,000 amphora pots those wines are produced in. Their unique combination of wine and ceramic pottery that Beckham crafts on site makes for a unique experience.

3. Boring Winery

Open Memorial Day Weekend:

With 8 varietals to savor and a spacious interior and exterior tasting area this winery proves that the town of Boring is anything but.

4. Buddha Kat Winery

8. Hanson Vineyard
