The Pantone Color Institute has named "Classic Blue" as the official color of 2020. We think it's a good call, but might be a tad biased, since it's a color that can be readily found in Mt. Hood Territory.
They chose that color for its relaxing and calming effect, which makes a lot of sense; there's a reason people choose places with beautiful blue skies or peaceful blue waters for their vacation stops. It just so happens that Oregon's Mt. Hood Territory is a popular vacation spot with plenty of options to see Pantone's good ol' Classic Blue 19-4052. Trillium Lake offers one of the most iconic, and as such, most photographed vantage points in Oregon. It's also a great lake for recreation. It's popular with kayakers, anglers and people just looking for a break at the lake. During warmer months, it's best to plan a midweek trip to maximize your peaceful vibe.
