The endearing, emotional musical features a lineup of great tunes performed through Bob Merrill and Jule Styne’s unforgettable score, which includes “People,” “Don’t Rain On My Parade,” “I’m the Greatest Star,” “The Music That Makes Me Dance,” and “You Are Woman, I Am Man.”

Join an intimate group of 12 women and we come together in the ancient practice of song sharing—rooted in supporting those who relate to the Mother archetype: the one who nourishes, holds, creates, and remembers. Move between sauna and cold water if desired, using heat and cold as ritual allies. Within the sauna, explore guided self-massage to soften and open the body’s tissues, followed by embodied toning to awaken and prepare the voice.
