Marketing Support Co-op Program

Participation in the Marketing Support Co-op Programs is open to tourism-related festivals, events, businesses and experiences in Clackamas County. Tourism partners can select from options such as digital and print placements that best suit their individual marketing needs.

Interested in trying the Marketing Support Co-Op Program? If you have not participated in our co-op program in the last two years, you can apply for a $150 sponsorship credit for use toward any of the opportunities in the program. This sponsorship is limited to 15 awards for FY 26/27. When you sign up for a co-op program, check the box at the bottom of the form indicating you are interested in the first-time sponsorship credit.

Clackamas County Office of Tourism reserves the right to administer the cooperative advertising program under the following guidelines:

• Sign up, material submission and payment must be completed to secure a space.
• Completing this form will secure your commitment and participation in the publication, please have your materials ready to submit all at once.
• Many co-op opportunities are first come, first served for all partners.
• In some cases, "criteria preference" priority will be given in projects related to theme-based publications. Staff will maintain a waiting list of interested partners to fill any vacancies, cancelations and changes.
• Clackamas County Office of Tourism reserves the right to update or make changes to the cooperative advertising program, including opportunities, costs, deadlines or payment format, at any time.
• Additional co-op advertising may be added and adjusted as needed throughout the year.

The Social Media Rebate is for businesses that run their own Facebook and Instagram ads and would like to receive a 50% rebate on ad spend. Marketing staff can provide some coaching and support if Facebook ads are new to you.

Co-Op Cost: 50% rebate on ad spends between $100-$500.

Timing: Now open for FY 26-27. You have 6 months to complete your ads from the time you sign up.

Place an ad in Travel Oregon’s main email newsletter or one of its themed email newsletters, and Clackamas County Office of Tourism will cover 50% of the cost. This is a great way to highlight an upcoming event or gain exposure to a new audience for your business.

Choose Your Audience: Based on your business, reach Travel Oregon’s general, seasonal special edition, culinary or outdoor recreation newsletter interest groups.
Choose Your Style: Choose from a text ad or a banner ad.
Choose Your Timing: Newsletters are monthly or every other month, with ad space based on availability for 2026 and 2027.

This brochure is for tourism businesses that want to reach visitors while they are traveling throughout Oregon, often by car or RV, and/or businesses that would like an alternative to printing their own brochures.

Half panel regular rate: $1,140 | Co-op rate: $570 [Clackamas County Office of Tourism covers 50%]

Timing: Now open. Deadline to reserve ad space is October 30, 2026.

Enhance your listing in the Travel Oregon Visitor Guide with a listing photo and short description. The guide has over 250,000 copies distributed annually. 

NOTE: All properties receive a free basic listing in the Travel Oregon Visitor Guide by updating their information annually with the Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association.
You will need to update or verify your listing before December 1 for it to be included in the 2027 visitor guide.
