Travel Oregon and the Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association Education Foundation (ORLAEF) are please to offer the Oregon Guest Service Gold training program as a statewide customer service training program created to support the development of the tourism & tourism industry through enhanced guest experiences. Oregon travel and tourism industry businesses are able to enroll employees in the certification program for an exclusive and reduced partnership rate.
Oregon Guest Service Gold customer service training program is available online and the Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association is offering some in-person classroom trainings as well. After completing the program you will be recognized as a Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP).
