For the freshest veggies, sweetest fruits and best local foods in your community, the smart move is to go right to the source and check out that town’s farmers market. Oregon’s Mt. Hood Territory is filled with a wide variety of food choices and other local offerings, each one showing what makes that town special. For the town of Oregon City they’ve cultivated a group of farms that bring fresh produce, meats and flowers all year-round to the Oregon City Farmers Market.

The summer market running every Saturday, May – October, with the winter market running twice a month, November - April. The Oregon City Farmers Market offers live music, kid’s activities and delicious food and drinks at every market. During the summer, over 55 vendors showcase everything from artisan foods, craft beverages, local growers and ranchers harvests and local chef’s demo’ing recipes using that very same seasonal produce, seafood and meats.

You’ll discover something unique and special at each market; and it’s just a sample of what they have to offer year-round. It’s a locavore’s dream come true here in Mt. Hood Territory. From the finest produce to beautiful flowers plus nuts, meats and cheeses, it’s a veritable cornucopia of deliciousness.
