Indoor Adventure In Mt. Hood Territory

Families have fun on the bumper boats at the Family Fun Center & Bullwinkles Restaurant in WIlsonville in Mt. Hood Territory

Adventure and fun are by no means limited to just outdoor recreation in Mt. Hood Territory. Head indoors for some adrenaline pumping good times.

For a fast-paced action, head over to the Bullwinkle's in Wilsonville. Open rain or shine, this 6-acre amusement park is just what you need for a full day of fun. With go-karts, lazer tag, mini golf, bumper boats and a zip line, plus a two-story arcade and a restaurant, the kids (and, let's be honest, adults) will want to come back here again and again. If you're looking for some fun with just the big kids, Bullwinkle's After Dark keeps all the action available for the 21-and-up gang.

If your kids are typical for their age and love to go swimming, take them to the North Clackamas Aquatic Park. More than just a pool, the park has some excellent water slides and a wave pool that kicks up 4-foot waves that the kids will love. The water is kept at a perfect 86 degrees year-round, so it's always swimming season. There are even more choices for the perfect spring break trip. Turn your indoor adventures into a multi-day vacation! Check out all of our great family-friendly lodging here.

If your kids happen to be bouncing off the walls, take them to Wippersnappers in Sandy. There they can bounce off of padded walls, climb the padded rock wall or slide and bounce until their little hearts are content; and their bodies exhausted. Be sure to grab a pizza while you're there, Wippersnappers' pizza is so good they could get rid of the play structures and we'd still recommend you stop there!
