Ho Ho Ho Holidays In Molalla

The Tree

One of our favorite u-cut Christmas tree experiences in Molalla is offered at Snowline Tree Farm. They offer wreathmaking classes beginning November 20. You can also simply relax and enjoy the atmosphere in their u-cut room. Find all of Snowline's 2022 information and updates on their Facebook page.

Hot Holiday Beverages

Before or after picking your perfect tree, we suggest warming up with a festive, hot mug of something caffeinated, sweet or both! Cowboy Coffee at Prairie House Inn on main street is just the spot to fill up on organic coffee and even find gifts for friends and loved ones, from their own holiday gift packs to locally made items, such as Crackle Creations toffee candy. They even offer porch-side pickup if you and your cowboy boots need to be gettin' along.

Foosball And Good Eats By An Open Fire

Molalla River Brewing Company is not just for mom and dad. The whole family is welcome to their tap-house and expansive outdoor, covered seating area, complete with firepits, an indoor/outdoor fireplace, 18-hole mini golf, cornhole, tic-tac-toe and foosball! Toasty food from one of their foot carts and beer or cider (for mom and dad) is sure to warm everyone from the inside and outside.

Make Your Own Holiday Sign

The Rustic Shed, a stone's throw from Prairie House Inn, has lots of lovely country chic holiday gifts and décor, including bottle brush trees, tons of craft tree ornaments and cocoa bombs(!), but they are perhaps most known for their sign making workshops and this season is no exception. "Horse drawn sleigh rides." "Have yourself a merry little Christmas." " Home for the holidays." Pick your favorite sign type and custom paint it for the perfect DYI piece.

Stay A While

Make the moments last by staying in an adorable vacation rental or B&B in Molalla. Molalla River Lodge, with a decked out game room for the family or Molalla River Cottage for a couple's riverfront getaway are always a great bet. Both are available through Vacasa. Or stay in the center of it all at Prairie House Inn. Built in 1900, its six rooms (all with private baths!) have been meticulously restored to their glory days. Learn more about its history on their About Us page.
