Eat: Oregon City

If you’re in the mood for food, Oregon City is the place to be – breakfast, lunch or dinner! Below are some of our favorite eateries from family dinners out to casual food carts on the fly.

Main Street Dining

Oregon City’s Main Street has lots of dining options. Nestled right next to iconic Arch Bridge, Mi Famiglia is a favorite for wood oven pizza. Located in the historic Barclay building and operated by a mother and son team, the pizzeria is as rich in history as it is in flavor! On the north end of Main Street, OC Taco brings Mexican street food to life, with classic tacos and enchiladas all made with homemade corn tortillas. If you’re looking for a date night spot, Nebbiolo Wine Bar serves up Italian inspired dishes made with local ingredients as well as an incredible wine selection. And that's just to name a couple! Walk down main street to discover even more main street restaurants.

The Hive Social

Newly opened in 2020, the Hive Social is quickly becoming a local favorite known for their scratch-made brunch options and cocktails featuring fresh locally sourced ingredients. The modern airy dining room is perfect for a leisurely start to your day. Fridays and Saturdays they open specially for an evening dinner and cocktail hour.

Corner 14 Food Cart Pod

Ah, food carts: known for being great if you’re indecisive or in a hurry. But Corner 14 has reimagined the food cart pod experience where you'll want to hang around, adding a full-service bar, indoor and outdoor fireside dining spaces, and – to top it off – axe throwing! Corner 14 opened in 2021 and is quickly becoming a favorite for both visitors and locals.

Ingrid's Scandinavian Food

The mother-daughter duo behind Ingrid's Scandinavian Food is dedicated to using local Oregon ingredients to create unique dishes based in Norwegian cuisine. What does that mean, exactly? Mouthwatering combinations of creative wraps, like the Norwegian Meatball wrap with cheese sauce, or the smoked salmon wrap, all deliciously rolled into Ingrid's lefse, made fresh every day. Pair a wrap with lingonberry lemonade for the ultimate Oregon-meets-Scandinavian meal.

Sushi Love

Right next to Ingrid's Scandinavian Food, Sushi Love is here to create delicious sushi for all of those gluten-free, vegan foodies out there! Even if you're not vegan, Sushi Love will amaze you with its flavor-packed creative ingredients. Try the "Don't Be Shellfish" roll with avocado, cucumber, spicy mayo and and oyster (mushrooms). Some rolls feature vegan classics like soy curls and tofu, while others go outside the box with sweet potatoes or tomato. All of the sushi rolls promise to deliver flavor combos that delight your taste buds while you feel good about making healthy choices. Yum!

FAT Cupcake

When dessert time rolls around (and is it ever really not dessert time?) Fat Cupcake is ready to serve up the sweets! Their cupcakes and mini cupcakes are rich, indulgent, and adorably decorated. Their unicorn cupcake is a real show-stopper!

Beer, Cider & Spirits

Oregon City is a hub for craft beverage makers, including beer, cider and spirits! Across from Corner 14, Oregon City Brewing has over 40 unique beers on tap. Other favorite breweries include Coin Toss Brewing, bringing local history to life through beer and Shattered Oak Brewing. 12 Bridge Ciderworks makes hard ciders featuring locally grown fruits, including a cold-brew coffee cider. If you’re interested in local spirits, Trail Distilling has award winning spirits from classic whiskey to their pink Pinot noir gin. The best way to discover all of these craft makers? Download the free Mt. Hood Territory Tap Trail to get discounts at these and more local breweries, cideries and distilleries, and visit 10 to earn a prize.

Pioneer Pizza

If you're looking for an easy meal to please the whole family, look no further than Pioneer Pizza. They offer their pizzas for take-and-bake so you can have that hot-out-of-the-oven experience with minimal work on your end after a day of adventuring in Oregon City. They also offer cooked pizza and calzone to go or dine-in at their pub.
