ANIMALS

Mt. Hood Territory is home to a veritable zoo of animals, including alpacas, llamas, ostriches, camels and miniature donkeys as well as more traditional farm animals. Get up close and personal with them at petting farms or with alpaca yoga. Find local animal products including eggs and meat, and cozy fiber goods at local farm loops and farmers markets

From dressage to barrel racing, The Territory is home to fun equine activities, including at the new Mt. Hood Center. One of the best times to visit for horse related events and demonstrations is during the Clackamas County Fair. Each summer the Canby Rodeo is held on the fairgrounds for all to enjoy.
