Oregon's Mt. Hood Territory is filled with events year-round. Winter is ski season with a full schedule of skiing and boarding events at Timberline Lodge, Skibowl and Mt. Hood Meadows. Spring events burst upon the scene with blooming colors at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival. May thru October is the height of the season for Farmers Markets throughout the Territory. Summertime is filled with an abundance of outdoor activities and events, offering a variety of themes and interests to satisfy every visitor.
The turning of the leaves heralds the new harvest and agriculture-based events including wine tastings, corn and hay mazes, and the Giant Pumpkin Festival. August through November is the timing of many Feast for the Senses events taking place throughout the Territory. As the weather grows cold, many communities have created magical events to ring in the new holiday season.
