Events in Oregon’s Mt. Hood Territory offer year-round festivals and activities for the whole family in the greater Portland area. Winter’s event calendar is full of snowboarding and skiing events at Timberline Lodge & Ski Area and Mt. Hood Skibowl, plus holiday happenings at Christmas tree farms. Spring events burst upon the scene with blooming flowers and baby farm animals galore. Summertime is filled with an abundance of outdoor activities, festivals, music events, and Farmers' Markets. Celebrate the fall bounty as local communities provide family fun harvest festivals, corn mazes, pumpkin patches, and haunted trails. The Clackamas County Fairgrounds & Event Center offers a variety of events throughout the year, including the Clackamas County Fair and Rodeo. See below for upcoming events, or click the links in the text above for more information on some of our seasonal favorite activities.
Note: We strive to keep all event listings up-to-date, but please check event status with individual event hosts before planning your trip.

Please join ARTspace, Arts Council of Lake Oswego for the Moon Rabbit exhibition which features two Washington-born artists, Jean Isamu Nagai and Ash Wyatt. Nagai and Wyatt's work features highly textured, abstracted landscapes where temporal forms come into and out of view, like the shape-shifting of clouds in the sky or seeing a rabbit on the moon. Both artists engage in meditative or trance-like processes of repetitive mark-making.
Visit our list of area Farmers Markets open through out the week from April through October. The farmers markets in Mt. Hood Territory are packed with delicious local offerings, eye catching arts and foot-stomping live music. Saunter past booths highlighting local produce, prepared foods, specialty drinks and local honey. Roam aisles of brightly colored flowers, handmade products and arts and crafts. Arrive on bike, foot or by car, and bring your appetite and basket ready to fill up on fresh, local veggies and fragrant fruits.
