Events in Oregon’s Mt. Hood Territory offer year-round festivals and activities for the whole family in the greater Portland area. Winter’s event calendar is full of snowboarding and skiing events at Timberline Lodge & Ski Area and Mt. Hood Skibowl. Spring events burst upon the scene with blooming colors at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival. Summertime is filled with an abundance of outdoor activities, festivals, music events, and Farmers' Markets. Celebrate the fall bounty as local communities provide family-fun harvest festivals, corn mazes, pumpkin patches, and haunted trails. The Clackamas County Fairgrounds & Event Center offers a variety of events throughout the year, including the Clackamas County Fair and Rodeo.

Downtown Oregon City Wine Walk Liberty Plaza

Address: 800 Main Street, Oregon City, OR 97045

Downtown Oregon City businesses host local wineries for this walk, sip and shop event. Begin at Liberty Plaza where you can pick up your souvenir wine glass for sampling and a map, then head out to explore downtown Oregon City during a special evening opening. Event tickets are $20, and gets you samples from 15 different wineries. 6-9pm.

The Sandy River Spey Clave is the premier gathering of anglers interested in two-hand fly rod fishing. Both educational and entertaining, this event draws some of the best spey casters and steelhead anglers in the world. Held at Oxbow Park near Gresham along the Sandy River.
