Mt. Hood and vine maples in the snow Trillium Lake Oregons Mt Hood Territory

EXPERIENCE FALL IN OREGON'S MT. HOOD TERRITORY

Fall is a little different in Oregon’s Mt. Hood Territory than other destinations. This is the kind of place you have to experience to truly understand.

Each autumn Mt. Hood puts on a dazzling show, as its slopes become covered with trees dressed in reds, oranges and yellows -- which pair perfectly with the never changing hues of the evergreens. The summer crowds have left, replaced with salmon who are returning to lay their eggs in our mountain rivers. Our valley farms are filled with harvest festivals, corn mazes and golden pumpkins. And the charming towns in our urban area offer near limitless options for farm-to-table dining, lodging and local boutique shopping.

With cooler temperatures and so many places to explore, there is no better time to visit Mt. Hood Territory than in the fall. Once you’re here, you’ll understand.
