The Wild & Scenic Film Festival is coming to Oregon City on Saturday, June 2 to bring light to our worlds environmental concerns and celebrations. This nationally acclaimed, traveling collection of 10 short films is an annual festival and has been brought to our backyard thanks to eNRG Kayaking and We Love Clean Rivers.  In Celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, they will be showcasing the Wild and Scenic Rivers Program plus hosting community paddling trips.

These trips take place on Saturday and Sunday, June 2nd & 3rd, on the Clackamas and Willamette Rivers. When you purchase your film ticket you can get a discounted kayak rental or float trip. There are two show times for the films, a Family Show at 5:30 pm at Providence Willamette Falls Community Center Auditorium and an Adult Show (beer and wine served) at 6:30 pm at the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center. You can purchase your tickets online.

eNRG Kayaking has a mission to inspire and educate people so they feel comfortable getting out for a paddle and We Love Clean Rivers strives to keep the Clackamas River clean. One way they do this is by holding an annual volunteer event to collect garbage and recycling, helping to keep the water more enjoyable and safe for all creatures. We hope to see you out at this wonderful event on Saturday, June 2nd.
