Wild About Game - The Foodie Event of the Season

Dubbed "The Meatiest Celebration in the Northwest", the annual Wild About Game event is where the leading food industry restaurateurs, chefs and purveyors gather for one heck of a competition, and serious bragging rights.

The event focuses on four Portland and four Seattle chefs going head to head for an intense game competition that celebrates the butchers, farmers and suppliers of high-quality meats and specialty game. Once judged by the panel, each chef's dish is served to the guests much to everyone's delight. It's a once in a year opportunity to taste all these amazing dishes in one night while also enjoying the cocktail competition and the Artisan Marketplace with over 40 vendors sampling the tastiest appetizer-sized eats and drinks in the NW while giving a peek at the delicious products Nicky USA offers. The list makes my mouth water just reading: charcuterie, cheeses, chocolate, coffee, spirits, wine, cider, craft beer and of course gourmet meats.

The annual event takes place Sunday, October 6th and is also a place for stellar networking opportunities within the food and beverage industry. Attendees can meet top tier chefs and other serious foodies who are shaping the dining scene in our area. The food, the people and the venue of this special event are a can't miss and tickets are available now so get yours before it sells out!

Then head over to Mt. Hood Oregon Resort and book your overnight stay in a fireside suite. Mt. Hood Oregon Resort, formerly known as The Resort at the Mountain, is the lodging sponsor for the event and the site where all the action is going down. It's a no brainer to book your stay now so you can stay late, drink responsibly and walk to your room after all the amazingness.
