Did you know there is more to golfing than traditional golfing? Wait, what? That's right. In Mt. Hood Territory you have the option to go the traditional golfing route and tee off at one of our amazingly scenic courses, or mix things up by golfing with your feet. Or a disc.
FootGolf at Lake Oswego Public Golf Course
Picture for a moment what it would look like if golf and soccer had a baby. That is exactly what you get at Lake Oswego Public Golf Course's FootGolf. Using a soccer ball on a traditional 9-Hole or 18-Hole golf course, players take turns kicking their ball toward 21-inch diameter cups. FootGolf is open on Thursday after 3pm and the first Friday, Saturday and Sunday of every month, and is sure to entertain the whole family.
Disc Golf
Did you know we have five different disc golf courses in our region? They range from 9 to 27 hole courses and are located in some of our prettiest parks. Milo McIver State Park has 2 different courses to choose from and the Clackamas River next door to jump into afterwards to cool off. Have a picnic at Memorial Park in Wilsonville and finish it off with 9 holes of disc golf.
