TAP TRAIL

The Mt. Hood Territory Tap Trail is our mobile passport program that connects the region’s breweries, cideries and distilleries. Check in at participating locations to earn points toward exclusive prizes and entries for our annual grand prize drawing. Plus, many businesses offer special discounts for Tap Trail users! The Tap Trail is free to download and is our way to support local businesses and craft beverage makers, all while helping you discover great new brews. Win, win!


The Mt. Hood Territory Tap Trail includes: 

  • An easy self check-in process to earn points at every location, plus additional special Tap Trail discounts at some businesses
  • Prizes to choose from at different point levels so you can redeem throughout your Tap Trail journey
  • Featured locations of the month with special discounts that month
  • An annual grand prize drawing for a 2-night stay on Mt. Hood with activities, worth over $500
  • And it is FREE!

Every visit counts! Each time you check in at a participating Tap Trail business, you earn 10 points. Plus, each month, a featured location offers a special deal you can redeem for an additional 20 points. So, if you visit the location of the month and take advantage of their deal while also checking in, you'll be well on your way to your first prize with 30 points!

100 points: Tap Trail beanie

Each month, from February 2024 through January 2025, we will highlight a location from the Tap Trail. During the featured month redeem the deal in your pass and show the staff. You will be rewarded on the spot with your discount and a location specific sticker (images below)! The visit must happen during the promotional month and is limited to only one redemption per passport holder. Stickers available while supplies last.

March | Mt. Hood Brewing

The original Mt. Hood Brewing location opened in 1991 and sits in Government Camp, Oregon. This is the perfect location to recap your Mt. Hood adventure over a pint and some food with friends.

Oregon City Brewing Co. is a community brewery and food cart pod known for its award-winning beer.

April | Willamette Ale & Cider House

Willamette Ale & Cider House provides "traditional London Charm" on Historic Willamette Main Street in West Linn, with an outdoor beer garden and indoor brew pub. They have 44 taps of craft beer and cider and bottles for sale to go.

A casual gathering spot in Happy Valley, where folks can enjoy Stickmen Brewery's beer alongside a menu featuring wood-fired pizzas.

At Vanguard Brewing Company you can find good, quality, beers that are closer to classic styles in flavor, along with a big and hoppy IPA and the occasional experimental batch. They are also very dog friendly!

August | TMK Creamery and Distillery

Tour this family-run farm specializing in dairy and learn about the cheesemaking process from start to finish. TMK Creamery and Distillery has even found a use for the whey left over from the cheese making process; turning it into Cowcohol their house vodka distilled right on the farm!

September | Time Travelers Brewing

Time Travelers Brewery in Estacada is a family owned restaurant and brewery that prides themselves in providing their community with incredible food and beer. Time Travelers strives to support their community and wow their guests by sourcing many of their kitchen and brewery ingredients from local farms in the area.

October | Boring Brewing

Boring Brewing is a Nano Brewery that is focused on quality. Beers spend the correct amount of time in the fermenter followed by a cold age in a bright beer tank where optimal carbonation and flavor is obtained prior to making it to your pint glass.
