Most people wholeheartedly believe that they have the best mom in the world, and why shouldn't they? "I believe most mamas outta qualify for saint-hood" is a quote from one of Luke Bryan's country songs, and I couldn't have said it any better myself. So with all this love and affection we feel towards our moms, it seems fitting that we should celebrate her in a special way on the nationally recognized Mother's Day, this year falling on Sunday, May 13.  Our partners at Our Table Cooperative feel the same way it seems, as they have set the May date for their monthly farm brunch series purposely on May 13 to help us all celebrate our amazing mamas. Just picture it, you arrive to a beautiful farm on the hills in Sherwood where there is beautiful greenery surrounding you on all sides, a picturesque farm store with all the best goodies and a view of Mt. Hood. Then you escort your mom into their giant greenhouse with an enormous family-style table setting welcoming you and your family to join. Then comes a scrumptious three-course meal with food directly from their fields and other local farms, complete with pasture-raised meats or fish and a sweet treat to round out the meal. Plus an optional mimosa add-on, which, lets be real, it's not "optional" if you ask me it's a "yes, please!" Am I right?

The event begins at 10:30 a.m. and is $35 per person, plus $15 for the mimosa add-on. Seats will fill up so you should definitely head to their website to order your tickets now! And when you are there, be sure to take some wonderful photos and tag #omht so we can follow along on social!
