Executive Chef Jason Stoller Smith of Timberline Lodge's Cascade Dining Room has partnered with Cana's Feast Oregon Winery to create a six-course meal designed to pair perfectly with wines from Cana's Feast. These pairings will show your taste-buds how a perfect pairing can enhance every bite and bring out the subtleties of each wine. The setting for the dinner is at Timberline's Silcox Hut, which is pretty special in it's own right, making the Cana's Feast Winemakers Dinner at Timberline one you won't want to miss.
This event takes place on Thursday, February 22nd and the cost is $215/person, and includes wine, dinner and gratuity. Plus, transportation from the lodge to Timberline's Silcox Hut via snowcat!
