4th Of July Firework Events In Mt. Hood Territory

4th of July is one of our favorite holidays around here and includes another of our favorite things... fireworks! Luckily many communities in Mt. Hood Territory like to celebrate all day long and continue to up their game every year with their offerings and firework displays for you and your families to enjoy. Stay safe and enjoy time with loved ones.

Canby Independence Day Celebration

Prepare for a full day of fun in Canby. Food and drink booths open at 9:30am and run until 4 in Wait Park on N Grant and NW 4th Ave. Arts and crafts booths open at the same time, so you can find treasures from local makers while enjoying local eats. The parade steps off at 10am as floats, vintage cars and fire trucks make their way down NW 1st Ave. The car show also starts at 10am at N Grant and NW 5th Ave. Many more events happen throughout the day, culminating in the fireworks show at Trost Elementary launching at dusk.

Happy Valley 4th of July Family Festival:

Happy Valley celebrates Independence Day with a full day of fun. Things start with a 2.6 mile hike. Those interested in taking part in the easy hike should meet in the parking lot on SE 145th by the retention pond before 9:30am. The Family Parade steps off at noon. The local floats will make their way down SE 145th between SE Ridgecrest Rd and SE King Rd. The Family Festival is after at 1pm at Happy Valley Park with live music. The city will then light up the night with a fireworks display at dusk, also at Happy Valley Park.

Lake Oswego Star Spangled Fireworks at Dusk:

A full day of fun awaits in Lake Oswego. Things kick off at 8am with the 73rd Annual 4th Of July Pancake Breakfast. This is the first time since COVID that the breakfast has happened. The Star Spangled Parade & Celebration starts at 9am with the parade starting at 10am at Millennium Plaza Park. The main event starts at 8pm with a concert at Foothills Park followed by a laser light show.

Molalla Buckeroo:

Independence Day starts a bit early in Molalla with the annual Buckeroo. A tradition more than a century in the making, the Buckeroo starts on July 1 with the kick-off party and is followed by ranked rodeo action. The party comes to a crescendo at 8pm on July 4 with live music and the fireworks show. All the action happens at 815 Shirley St.

Sandy 4th of July Celebration:

Sandy's annual fireworks show launches at dusk from Sandy High School at 34700 Bell St. Visit the city's site for parking suggestions.

Star Spangled Fourth Of July in West Linn

The volunteer group behind West Linn's annual Star Spangled Fourth Of July is back again this year at Willamette Park. There will be live music, food and fireworks launching at dusk.
