The Mobile Visitor Information Center is an informational van that will travel to events throughout Oregon’s Mt. Hood Territory promoting Clackamas County events, festivals and attractions. Volunteers from various festivals and events will be accepted to work with the MVIC at the events preceding your own event, up to one month ahead of time. For instance, the July Molalla Buckeroo volunteers would accompany the MVIC at the June Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts and likewise, volunteers from an August event would accompany the MVIC in July at the Molalla Buckeroo. Volunteers are encouraged to promote their event, provide demonstrations or entertainment, and to distribute information and promotional items. The MVIC is an informational booth, therefore, no items can be sold from the MVIC. (The MVIC dimensions are 22ft long by 8ft wide with retractable awnings that add up to 7ft on both sides, awning widths are adjustable).
