
Write your favorite Oregon’s Mt. Hood Territory RoadTrip Story. You have the option to include a non-returnable photo with your story. All stories and photos will become the property of Clackamas County Tourism & Cultural Affairs (CCTCA) and can be used in advertising, editorial, or public relations purposes.
Each story entrant will receive a complimentary Oregon’s Mt. Hood Territory Feast for the Senses Driving Tour Audio CD (while supplies last). Three (3) Grand Prize winners will be awarded $120 gas/gift cards from Fred Meyer through a random drawing of story entries received. Deadline to enter contest is November 30, 2009.

Print out the official entry form at www.MtHoodTerritory.com/roadtrip or submit your written story along with your name, address, zip code, phone number and email address on separate paper. There is no limit to the number of words in your Favorite RoadTrip Story – use additional paper if needed. If a photo is included, it will not be returned. Mail to: Favorite RoadTrip Story Contest, Clackamas County Tourism & Cultural Affairs, 150 Beavercreek Road, Oregon City, OR 97045. Or email your story and optional photo along with your name, address, zip code and phone number to info@mthoodterritory.com, Subject: Favorite RoadTrip Story Contest Entry. Stories and optional photos will not be returned and will become the property of CCTCA. Deadline to enter contest is November 30, 2009.

Official Contest Rules:
Entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2009 or received via email by 11:59pm, November 30, 2009. Limit of one entry per person. Entrant must be 6 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Clackamas County Tourism & Cultural Affairs (CCTCA) or their agents are ineligible. Odds of winning are based on number of entries received. CCTCA is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, damaged or misdirected entries. Winning story will be selected in a random drawing of those stories that meet the criteria and subject to judge’s sole discretion. Recipients will be notified by telephone or email in early December 2009. Stories and photos will not be returned and will become the property of CCTCA and can be used in future advertising, editorial or public relations purposes. Winning story will be displayed on www.MtHoodTerritory.com/roadtrip following the contest. No substitution for prize. CCTCA is not responsible for business closures or change of operations which may not permit the business to provide the listed service. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to hold sponsors and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of the prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.
