Down the River Clean Up on the Clackamas Turning restoration into recreation, We Love Clean Rivers offers the recreation community an opportunity to give back to the Clackamas River. Class II+ and above boaters are organized into pods to run and clean up a stretch of river from Barton down to Clackamette. There are 75 spaces available in event rafts for non-boaters. Volunteer efforts are instrumental on keeping the lower Clackamas River clean as trash builds up on the river banks year after year.
