Appetizer: Fresh Chanterelle Encroute' with Roasted Garlic & Sage.
Salad: Locally Grown Organic Greens tossed with our White Balsamic Vinaigrette, Rogue Blu, and grape tomatoes.
Dinner: Choice of one Entree - Mountain Shadow Ranch All Natural Choice Baseball Top Sirloin peppered then broiled and topped with crispy sweet onions  or  Oregon Coast Dungeness Crab Cakes served with a chive lemon aioli.
Oregon Wine: Willamette Valley Whole Cluster Pinot Noir 06  or Willamette Valley Reserve Chardonnay 05.
Price: $32.50 per person with wine; $27.00 per person without wine. Gratuity not included.

Our menu boasts a variety of items utilizing Oregon's Bounty, particularly from the Mt. Hood area. In the morning you can start with fresh huckleberry pancakes or Dungeness crab cakes Benedict. For lunch try our smoked salmon Caesar of enjoy our all natural burger from Mt. Shadow Ranch in Dufer, Oregon. For dinner you can select our huckleberry merlot salmon or choose from an array of all natural steaks. We also feature desserts with fresh local berries. Select from an extensive wine list to compliment your meal.

First Course: Oregon Farm Organic Field Green Salad Timberline Verjusette, Artisan Croutons, Crisp vegetable garnish
Intermezzo: Hand Scraped Timberline Granita - Local fruit ice, Oregon wine, citrus.
Main Course: Grilled Draper Valley Breast of Chicken Marinated local Chicken Breast, Caneberry compote, Willamette Valley Grains, organic vegetables.
Dessert: Cascade Fire Glazed Creme Brulee - Classic long method Creme Brulee, caramelized Demerara sugar.

Experience a Taste of Timberline this fall. Nestled midway to the summit of Mt. Hood is Timberline Lodge, a National Historic Landmark and masterpiece of mountain lodges. Constructed of mammoth timbers and native stone in 1937, Timberline Lodge stands today as a tribute to the rugged spirit of the Pacific Northwest. Our Cascade Dining Room operates year round. Leif Benson, CEC, has been Timberline's Executive chef since 1979 and is the winner of many world class culinary awards. Chef Benson prides himself on using the Northwest's freshest local ingredients to create memorable meals that compliment our unique ambiance. Additionally, we feature an expansive wine list of over 800 vintages, awarded "Best Oregon Wine List" 4-years running by Wine Press Northwest Magazine.
